Managers need practice and support to have the tough conversation they’ve been putting off, give feedback that actually lands, communicate ideas in a way that gets people moving, and create an environment where people feel safe enough to take risks.
I deliver collective learning experiences focused on the communication skills that make the difference: business storytelling, psychological safety, and challenging conversations. Each works as a standalone session, or can be combined into a longer program.
