About Me
I’ve spent my entire working life helping bring people together in the broadest possible sense: first as a fundraiser, then as a project and product manager, and now as a facilitator. I cultivate the kind of connection that makes people feel less alone, more accountable to each other, and able to act with conviction.
It starts before anyone enters a room. Through a series of conversations with key stakeholders and participants, we work together to get to the heart of what a group actually needs. That discovery process is rigorous and it’s where people first start to feel heard.
I believe how we treat each other at work matters beyond the workplace. When people feel genuinely heard, they show up differently for their teams and in the world. My job is to create the conditions for that through careful design, honest conversation, and a healthy amount of curiosity about what’s really going on.
I work with leadership teams, managers, and cross-functional groups across industries — from tech to pharma to financial services. Clients include Zalando, Siemens, Lego, Deutsche Bank, Delivery Hero, Roche, and KION Group.
Based in Berlin. Working across Europe, online and in person. Bubbles optional, but strongly encouraged.
